Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: It is kindly requested that all clients provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their personal training sessions. This policy allows me to effectively manage my schedule and provide opportunities for other clients to book sessions. If a client fails to provide at least 72 hours notice for a cancellation, the session fee will still apply and will not be refunded. However, I understand that emergencies or unexpected circumstances can arise, so I may consider making exceptions on a case-by-case basis. I appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy, as it allows me to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process.
